I plan to write more openly about my experiences, the ones I’ve been holding back on social media. They are too tender for a caption and too big to hold at times. I have met some of the most beautiful humans because I chose to live my grief out loud. We do what we have to do to keep going. My way has always been to write it down, be with the pain in a way that brings people together, and make others feel seen in the process.
